TERMS & CONDITIONS

Posh Lighting & Interiors thanks you for your support of our locally owned family business. If you wish to purchase from our online catalog, please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. Posh Lighting & Interiors reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Posh Lighting & Interiors reserves the right, at our discretion, to accept returns on select non-upholstery items for exchange or store credit within seven (7) days from date of purchase or from the date of delivery. Merchandise that has been installed, altered or damaged in any way does not qualify for return or exchange. Items must be in the original packaging (including all packaging materials and accessories), original tags and accompanied with the store receipt. Once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage the customer will receive store credit (less the shipping costs not included in the initial order and a 20% restocking fee).

PLEASE NOTE, Special Orders, sale items/clearance items ARE NOT eligible for returns/credit.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE GOODS POLICY

Please inspect your product before installing. Any product that is received damaged or hasmissing parts must be reported to us within 48 hours. Posh Lighting & Interiors cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defected. In such case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge.

WARRANTIES

All products sold by Posh Lighting & Interiors are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. You may visit the manufacturer's website to view their warranty policies. If you purchased an Item from Posh Lighting & Interiors and find it to be defective, please contact us by phone at (731)300-0301 for manufacturer warranty information.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Posh Lighting & Interiors has no control over product lead times, availability or shipping. Special order items cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. By signing below, customer approves all specifications and confirms the details are correct for the order.
